An agent is a small, lightweight application that we install on your computers in order to perform all of the various services offered to you. Aside from the Antimalware and Antivirus software, we do not install any further proprietary software on your computers without your acknowledgement.
CAN YOU ACCESS MY COMPUTER AT ANY TIME?
We at Adriss value your privacy. Unless requested by you, we do not access ANY computer without the consent of either you or your employees. As an extra security measure, we also allow you to disable remote access to your computer via the Adriss agent.
HOW WILL YOU BILL ME?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online using our member portal. We provide invoices and payment reminders via email.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN, HOURLY FEES?
