Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received within 30 days of a charge. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (billing@adriss.com), or by U.S. mail (6303 Blue Lagoon Drive, Suite 400, Miami, FL 33126). No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing.

If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future charges will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund - it will only stop any future charges.
